Good to know
We deliver across Belgium, with free or reduced delivery in and around our home region. Delivery cost depends on distance and is always confirmed in your personal quote before you book.
Both. Indoors we need sufficient ceiling height for springkastelen (we'll advise per item). Outdoors we need a flat surface — grass or paving — and access to a power socket. Not sure? Send us your space dimensions and we'll check.
Yes, a small deposit confirms your date and is deducted from the final invoice. The remaining balance is due before or on the event day. Full details are in your quote.
Every piece is deep-cleaned and disinfected after each rental — soft play, ball pit balls and castles included. White stays white with us.
For outdoor bookings we monitor the forecast together with you. Where possible we move the setup indoors; otherwise we look for an alternative date. Safety always comes first — castles are never used in strong wind or heavy rain.
Most setups take 30–90 minutes depending on size and styling. We arrive well before your party starts and agree the timing with you in advance.
All equipment is certified, anchored and installed by our team following the manufacturer's guidelines. We provide safety mats and clear usage guidance, and soft play is designed for ages 0–5 under adult supervision.
